The Cartoon Art Museum in San Francisco, CA is holding an exhibit for its Totoro Forest Project exhibition from now until February 8, 2009. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime exhibition featuring paintings, illustrations, and sculptures from almost 200 international artists. ll of the art for the exhibition, of course, was inspired by Hayao Miyazaki's iconic animated feature Tonari no Totoro (My Neighbor Totoro).If you're around the area or have the opportunity to check out this exhibit, you do NOT want to miss this. I would love to check out the exhibit myself, and I'm extremely livid that I realistically won't be able to. [Source: ANN]
